Am I required to book accommodation for my guests?

We will provide you with an accommodation template for you to allocate rooms to your guests approx. 12 months in advance of your wedding date. Once you submit this, the rooms that you have allocated are held with your card details as security. Guests can then call us directly to confirm their reservation with their own card details. Any rooms that you do not allocate are free for Ballymagarvey to sell to your guests on a first come, first served basis.
